Easter in on the way. I have always loved Easter. Who wouldn't right? One of my favorite Easter treats was a chocolate covered coconut egg. But they were not just a chocolate covered egg ~ they were covered with white chocolate that was dyed in pastel colors of pink, yellow and green. I haven't seen them in probably 40 years!
I love pastel colors and what better time to enjoy these colors than at Easter.

Yes, Easter is on it's way...it'll be here before we know it won't it?! I can hardly wait...it does always bring back memories from childhood of our favorite Easter Basket treats don't it?
