for everyone to stay committed to their blog it seems.
I have visited blogs of some Ladies I visited frequently in the past only to find that they too had not had made blogs posts for quite some time. Sadly, a few even have made final goodbyes with a last post, explaining that too much time was being spent blogging. I totally understand.
It can become very time consuming, getting involved in swaps, parties, blog-hops and giveaways. It seems the more friends you find and the more you engage yourself, the more blogs you visit ... reading, commenting ... visiting, reading, commenting.
Then there is time taken for writing your own posts, taking pictures, writing tutorials, or the many other things that are shared within a blog. Time to visit those who made comments or your blog ... reading ... commenting. All very time consuming and I see how many people would not have the time and it can begin to interfere with everyday life.
I give those who can blog each day lots of credit ~ it is a huge commitment!
To all those blogs I visit to find inspiration in decorting, crafting, laughs and more ...

3 Words of Wisdom:
Very well said, Judi. It makes me so sad to see a blogger stop writing. I think it is all about setting limits. I set aside a little time each day or take a coffee break to blog but I, too, find it hard to keep up with my life sometimes. Your thank you was very kind!
XO,
Jane

We'll stay in touch...

P.S. Your home renovations look so pretty...love those new wooden floors!
Like Blondie says,,setting limits. I've been blogging now for over two years...Before that I was visiting blogs for about a year before I took that leap and opened up my own. I have had to slow down in the visiting other blogs and also answering all the comments that are left on my posts...time restrictions...that setting limits is really important. I was getting overwhelmed trying to write posts, answer all the comments, visit everyone....I had to remember why I started my blog in the first place.....to be a blessing, to encourage, and to share my heart with others...If someone emails me, I always answer back..as for the comments,,well if there is not a question but just a reply and encouragement...I'm greatful for that, but don't respond back.I used to respond to every comment..than I realized as I got more comments and more subscribers that eventually there would be no way I could keep up....Blessings...
